Text Message Terms & Conditions

The program
True Blue Lending Corporation (NMLS #2380218), registered with mobile carriers as TBL Arive, sends text messages to customers and prospective customers who have agreed to receive them. Messages cover your mortgage: a secure application link you asked us for, updates while your loan is in process (for example that your appraisal arrived or your loan is clear to close), and reminders for educational events you registered for.
How you agree to receive messages
- At application. You sign an electronic consent and authorization in our loan application system that includes consent to receive text messages about your loan.
- By telling your loan officer. If you ask a True Blue Lending loan officer by phone or in person to text you your application link, the loan officer records your consent in our system, including who took it, the date and time, the mobile number, and the exact wording you agreed to. No text is sent without that record.
- On one of our forms. You check the text-message box when you contact a loan officer through their digital business card page, or when you register for one of our webinars. That box is never pre-checked, and the consent covers messages about what you asked for.
Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of any purchase, loan application, or credit decision.
Frequency, rates, and carriers
Message frequency varies with the stage of your loan. An application link is followed by at most one reminder. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Stopping messages and getting help
Reply STOP to any message to stop all further texts from that number. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (305) 703-9001 or jesse@truebluelending.net. Opting out does not affect your loan, and we will still reach you by phone or email.
Your privacy
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Phone numbers are shared only with the service providers that send our messages on our behalf, and with the parties described in our privacy policy when required to process your loan or by law.
