Who we are

True Blue Lending Corporation (NMLS #2380218) is a mortgage brokerage. This policy describes how we collect, use, and safeguard personal information submitted through this website.

What we collect

• Information you provide. Name, email, phone, loan type, and any message content you submit through contact forms or scheduling tools.
• Automatic technical data. IP address, browser user-agent, pages viewed, and timestamps used for analytics and fraud prevention.
• Cookies. Small data files used to remember preferences and measure site performance. You can disable cookies in your browser; some site features may stop working as a result.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and structure a loan scenario.
• To comply with applicable lending, licensing, and anti-fraud laws.
• To improve how the site works. We do not sell personal data.

Who we share it with

We share information with third parties only when necessary to process your loan (wholesale lenders, title companies, credit bureaus, appraisers, disclosure vendors, and similar service providers) or when required by law.

Text messages (SMS)

If you give us permission, True Blue Lending Corporation (“True Blue Lending”, also registered with mobile carriers as TBL Arive) sends text messages about your loan — for example a secure application link you asked for, updates while your loan is in process, and reminders for events you registered for. You can give permission by signing the consent in our loan application, by checking an SMS box on one of our forms, or by telling your loan officer you may be texted, which the loan officer records in our system with the date, the number, and the wording you agreed to.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of text messages does not affect your loan or your ability to reach us by phone or email.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Phone numbers are shared only with the service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf, and with the parties listed above when required to process your loan or by law. Your choices

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct inaccuracies, or ask us to delete records that are not required for legal record-keeping. Email jesse@truebluelending.net to submit a request.

Security

We use industry-standard technical and administrative safeguards. No internet transmission is perfectly secure; please do not send sensitive documents (SSN, full bank statements, tax returns) via unsecured email.
