Started in mortgages and real estate investing in 2003. Self-taught the harder corners — purchases subject to existing financing, pre-foreclosures, trustee's sale acquisitions, fix-and-flip — by closing them, not by reading about them.
Worked at some of the largest direct lenders and brokerages in Northern California. Saw the loan from inside both channels, picked the broker model, and built True Blue Lending around it.
Vice President & Co-owner
Co-owner and Vice President of True Blue Lending. Yuliya — known to clients as Julie — immigrated with her family from Belarus to Miami Beach at nine years old and has been at the center of South Florida real estate ever since.
Licensed as a real estate agent in 2001 and as a broker in 2004, Julie founded and has led her own Miami-based brokerage for two decades, serving a clientele that spans three continents. Her trilingual capability — English, Spanish, and Russian — and her hands-on, detail-first approach are why clients return for second, third, and fourth transactions.
At True Blue Lending, Julie runs operations, processing, and client experience — the quiet half of lending that decides whether a loan actually closes on time. Her standard: every file tracked, every borrower kept in the loop, and no document request showing up the day before funding.

Senior Processor
April is the reason loans close on time. As a processor, she's the coordinator between every party in a mortgage — the borrower, the lender, the appraiser, title, and escrow — gathering documentation, clearing underwriting conditions, and keeping the file moving from submission to funding. When a closing happens quietly and exactly when promised, that's April's work.
